There is no other subject to talk about when you mention top flight football for this past month. Erling Haaland, having made his move to Borussia Dortmund in late December, has been absolutely baggin’ goals. In his first seven games with the top German side, this 19 year old has already scored eleven (yes ELEVEN) goals. At just the age of 19 he has become the fastest player to reach 10 champions league goals, taking him only seven games. This lad is something serious. He recently said that Cristiano Ronaldo is the reason he plays football and he credits his top form to the the Portuguese legend’s influence on him. He has been following the “CR7” diet and keeping his body in top shape, just like ol’ Cristiano. Its no secret that this kid is a serious threat to any team he plays against, but you can’t help but think “can he keep this form?”. It is a lot of pressure to come out and score every game but he has had absolutely no problem doing so.
